You may cancel your order for a full refund.

After Preparation Has Begun

We may not be able to cancel the order, but may offer store credit.

3. Delivery Issues

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Undelivered

4. Third-Party Delivery Apps

Orders placed through Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, etc. must follow the delivery app’s refund policies.
